This course provides a practical approach to gaining insight into how change management leaders monitor, evaluate, and course correct for maximum results. Most change management leaders are asked to measure their efforts' results and report them to stakeholders. Surveys, tests, evaluations, and observations of the activities are frequently included in measurements. Monitoring the effectiveness of change outcomes is also crucial.
