Intervening measures is understand their emotions, and don't be irritated, assess the risk of suicide, self-injury, and aggression timely. Consult the department of psychiatry if necessary. Explain the importance and necessity of isolation therapy, current treatment highlights, and the effectiveness of the intervention. Encourage patients to be confidence in treatments. They suffer, Pressure, both physically and mentally. Psychological stress and emotional responses is fear of being infected and isolated, anxiety of being separated from and worrying about your family, difficult rescue work, worried about whether can successfully complete the task, temporary transfer of work site, temporary shift to the working environment, confront the suffering and death of patients, psychosomatic response to stress. Emotional stress response, people are prone to temper, easily excited, fidgety, nervous, worry, and feel difficult to concentrate. Physical symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, tachycardia, and tremors, symptoms of anorexia, difficulty falling asleep, or sudden awakening may also occur. Overwork and mental exhaustion, high intensity, high stress work, serious lack of rest, emotional, mental and physical exhaustion, feelings of depression, helplessness, and feelings of burnout and meaninglessness in one's career. Don't take too much notice of the patient's dissatisfaction. Tell yourself that dissatisfaction, physical and mental pain are caused by the disease. You try your best to help them.
