[MUSIC] Hi, let me introduce you now to the assessment. The assessment is the last stage in the course and basically is what you're going to try and put in practice the learnings, the takeaways, the value that you are getting from this course. So what is the idea, well we have been basically discussing the first part of the marketing plan which is the analysis state. And we are going to put it into practice in a real example that could be a case that you are given or your own project. Let me explain you a little bit. Basically, in the analysis stage, we have done internal analysis and external analysis. And then we have done the matrix that is like a summary of the analysis stage of the marketing plan. So here you have the chance to put it in practice. And we're going to give you basically two options. One is, using the case, the business case that you have been given, which is the lunch of the Nissan leaf in Germany. So basically you're going to put, whether a marketing to launch it, and this is going to be the first stage of this marketing plan. The analysis, on the other option, now probably is going to be very interesting for some of you, here is the chance to do, the marketing plan about your own product or your project, your idea, your business idea and is the first probably, the first step inputting in practice that idea. So, you're going to do your marketing plan. About your own project. And here you can now do the first step which is the analysis, okay? So let's see what is exactly what you have to do. You're going to do the analysis of the case or of your own project. And you have to do the external analysis and the internal analysis. Let me remind you quickly, in the external side we care for the market the competition and the customers. And on the internal side, we look at the elements of differentiation of the service, and the state in the life cycle of this product or service. And finally, remember that we were summarizing, we were proposing a summarizing tool, which is a SWOT matrix. What is a SWOT matrix? Well, it stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. And is a matrix is a presentation of analysis stage of the marketing plan. So, my advice is trying and use it here and so identify the strength and weaknesses by looking at the internal analysis and then identify opportunities and threats by looking at the external side of the analysis, and then put together these sort office. Remember if you are doing your own project your own venture your business idea you should include a paragraph at the beginning right at the beginning of the system explaining a little bit what type of service this is and any circumstances that can help. The reader and the sandborough, the rest of the marketing plan. So, here's a good chance to actually develop, probably begin your adventure, your own project by basically building your own marketing plan and beginning in this part would be analysis part of the marketing plan. I hope you enjoyed it and I hope you learn a lot. Thank you very much. [MUSIC]
