Hi, my name is Brenda, and I'm your coach for module three, Exercise and Osteoporosis. In this module, you're going to be asked to do a couple of things. First, we want to reflect to see if you're getting enough exercise to meet the Osteoporosis Canada Recommendations for the amount of exercise people with osteoporosis should do. Next, we are going to suggests that you do a calcium, calculate your calcium intake online survey. This will give you an idea if you're getting enough calcium in your diet, and then, they'll make some suggestions for you. We'll also get to meet Dr. Judi Laprade, who completed a lecture for us on Osteoporosis and Exercise. And then, the fourth component, we'll ask you to watch videos on how to safely do everyday activities. Then, we'll share some additional resources with you, and you'll be directed to take the quiz for the module. We hope you enjoy this module have fun with it.
