    Bio

I am a scholar on the future of learning & working. Having lived and worked abroad in the United States, Europe, and Africa, I’ve been fortunate to be part of collaborative efforts around the globe that leverage emergent technologies and innovative teaching to revolutionize the landscape of lifelong learning. Having worked in academic, research, government & consulting, my work focuses on the intersection between emergent technologies, adult, and organizational learning. As a tenured Professor, I’ve taught traditional, accelerated, and online courses in the Graduate Programs; with administrative academic experience as a Department Chair, Program Coordinator, Associate Dean, and currently as a full professor and Director at the Faculty Center for Innovation at Park University. Over the past 23 years, I’ve been part of strategic initiatives and educational development projects that develop human capacity, promote self-directed learning, and leverage collaborative knowledge production for social change.
