Great course to understand how to be inclusive in the workplace and be armed with great, practical strategies to be able to model inclusive behavior. Wonderful for teams to take the course together as well to inculcate a culture of inclusion and also moving towards lateral leadership.

Great course! Learned a lot about what the supposed "Leaders" in the US of A, especially in healthcare should learn but really don't. I wonder if a survey of the materials is given to the so-called "Leaders" would lead to a biased response. Just curious.
