The Course was ok but it could have been better

I completed this course and submitted all assignments. I even received a congratulatory message saying I had completed it and it started me on the second phase of the Google UX design certificate. Then I saw that the course was still in my in-progress list. I reviewed it and received a message saying an assignment from the first week wasn't submitted. So I submitted it again. Now it's showing me that I'm on week two of a course that took me months to complete. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact anyone. This is extremely frustrating. Why am I even paying for this if there's nobody I can contact and I have nothing to show for months of work?

I have completed everything for this course to the fullest extent and is has not properly recorded it. I'm outraged honestly. it says i only have 45% of the course completed on the My Courses page, but when i go into the course it says i have completed everything and has the green checkmark. There is no customer support to call or even email to address this problem.

I was not able to continue this course because I cannot download Adobe XD on a chromebook. No where does it say that the course requires a laptop with windows or a macbook. I was not aware before hand that Adobe XD was a program that I could not use on chromebook. Very disappointing since this is a Google course that I cannot continue on a chromebook!

everything is lagging and my all assignments are gone! How did I finish week 4 with a green badge, and then got my rest of work deleted even though I passed and evaluated others! Now I redo everything and even though it shows week 3 done completely, it is still not done in another side of the page. What a joke to pay money for this!

I didn’t find the course user-friendly because there is no interaction with someone professional if I am facing the issue. I am being asked to put the issue on a discussion forum rather, I would require a support from a professional. If I wanted to do a course like this, then I would have rather used YouTube and not a paid course.

this course assignments grading was the worst one ive ever seen and experienced!!!!!! what is the bas of grading!!!!! why no expert score our works???? why we should wait a lot of time to be scored and get ti mistake score !!!!!!! the worst course assignment!

I started this course some months back and was very busy to continue so I kept pushing the deadlines. Only for me to realise my progress has been erased completely from 96% to 0%. This is a bad user experience and I plead for it to be looked into. Thank you.

Even after completing the entire course " Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" , it's showing incomplete, why is it not giving my certificate?

Boring. There is way to much filler content and not enough actual useful information. All the videos with interviews with google employees are a waste of time.

I do not like the organization or presentation style of this course. It tries to cater to all learning styles and it does not work for me!

Coursera keeps telling me that I have missed deadlines but I have already completed the course.

They deleted all of my progress when I went to upload my final week 4 assignment.

In the course I completed Week 1 and 2 assignments but it is saying I did not

i received 100% on all quiz I did, yet I am seeing 93.3% on my certificate.

Why is the course still stuck, inspite of submitting all the assignmnets?

I cant scroll during this course making it impossible top complete.

The page has been down "for maintenance" the whole week...
