It was an excellent course for the beginners to get a taste of what is mindfulness. Recommended to those who like to improve their focus and conscious living.
this course is like opening the pandora box, once you opened it, you'll be enjoy ing the great wonders of your mind and body and will want to keep on seeking more knowledge from within.
In four weeks you can move from someone who has never experienced mindfulness to someone who has a solid foundation to build a transformational practice. I highly recommend this course!!
